1. Discovery call (30 min, free)
Your story, dates, real budget. We answer plainly: what's feasible, what isn't, and a first costed range. Come prepared by spending 30 seconds on the budget calculator.
2. Scenario file + itemised budget
Within 10 days: 3-5 venues available on your date, menu options, design directions, and a line-by-line budget. No "TBC" lines — every item priced, so decisions are real decisions.
3. Remote scouting
Live-streamed venue tours (you ask questions while we walk), floor plans and measurements, acoustics tests. Catering tasting plated exactly as on the day and filmed dish by dish. Decor samples shipped to you when textures matter.
One trip to Marrakech is ideal; zero is workable — plenty of our couples first see their venue in person during wedding week. If you do fly out, we compress everything into 48 hours: two finalist venues, the tasting, outfit fittings.
4. Shared control
- Shared planning board online: every task, deadline and decision, visible to both of you (and to the mothers, if you dare).
- Video check-ins every 2-4 weeks, with written minutes after each.
- Written sign-off on every vendor quote before we commit a dirham. You see the actual contracts and invoices.
- Time zones: we run calls up to 9 p.m. UK time; US East Coast couples get morning slots.
5. Wedding week
You land 3-5 days out. Everything is booked, signed and paid per schedule. What's left: fittings, the rehearsal, and your family. On the day, our coordination team runs a minute-by-minute sheet from setup to last guest. House rule: the couple never carries a walkie-talkie.

Can we plan a Marrakech wedding without visiting?
Yes. Live video venue tours, filmed tastings, written contracts and a shared planning board replace the site visits. About half of our couples book everything before their first landing.
How many trips do we need?
Zero or one. A single 48-hour scouting trip around 6 months out (finalist venues + tasting + fittings) is the sweet spot if you can make it.
How do tastings work remotely?
The caterer plates the full menu as on the wedding day; we film each dish, score it against your brief, and can seat a relative of yours at the table. The validated menu becomes a contract annex.
What happens if a vendor cancels?
Every critical vendor (caterer, DJ, photographer, negafa) is under a written contract with penalties, and has a named substitute we can activate. That's the difference between an agency and a list of Instagram handles.
